Meet our Staff

Office Manager: Nikki Thompson

Nikki has been our office manager since 2012. She is currently certified in Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology. Nikki manages our Medicare compliance and credentialing certification programs, physician management, and ongoing continuing education programs. She also maintains our technical management and software systems to continue to connect patients with technology for insurance compliance and services.

Nikki is married to Justin Thompson and has a beautiful step-daughter, Isabella. Nikki and Justin enjoy traveling, but when they're home they enjoy kayaking and fishing on the Buffalo River.

Receptionist / Therapy Tech: Anna Garcia

Anna is a newer member of our team, but absolutely wonderful. With her sweet demeanor, she is always eager to help our patients in any way possible. Most days you will find Anna at the front desk making the check-in and check-out process quick and easy for patients. On other days, you will find her in the back with the doctors working hands on with patients.

Anna loves to travel and will attend almost any concert. When she's not on the road, she enjoys shopping, kayaking, and hiking.

Receptionist /  Therapy Tech: Jessica Staton

Jessica is also a newer member of our team, and we are happy to have her. She has a bubbly personality that makes all patients feel welcome. Most often you will find her in the back working with the doctors to give patients the best care possible. On other days, you will find her at the front desk helping patients easily check-in and check-out.

Jessica enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, playing tennis, and painting/crafting. She is also very active in her home church and volunteers weekly.

Receptionist: Evan Kahn

Evan has been on our team since 2017. You can find her smiling face at the front desk on Saturday. She has an outgoing personality that makes all patients feel welcome. Evan also publishes the office Instagram page to connect our office with our patients through social media. Make sure and follow us!

Evan is very social and stays busy after school. She is the president of Leo Club, a Harrison High School cheerleader, an Arkansas Extreme Cheer cheerleader, and she is a volunteer coach to a special needs cheer team at Arkansas Extreme Cheer to give back to the community.
