About

Nikki has been our office manager since 2012. She is currently certified in Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology. Nikki manages our Medicare compliance and credentialing certification programs, physician management, and ongoing continuing education programs. She also maintains our technical management and software systems to continue to connect patients with technology for insurance compliance and services.

Nikki is married to Justin Thompson and has a beautiful step-daughter, Isabella. Nikki and Justin enjoy traveling, but when they're home they enjoy kayaking and fishing on the Buffalo River.
